When concrete becomes metal

In Bobigny, near Paris, a remarkable building was created by the architecture agency “Jean Bocabeille”. This housing complex mixes metal and concrete coloured with metallic shades: champagne, bronze, copper, terracotta and silver. For this project, the architect decided to use ProtectGuard Color.

This 2 in 1 concrete stain colours the concrete’s skin whilst at the same time retaining the mineral look of the treated surface. Not only this product gives colour, it also protects against water, oil and even graffiti to preserve the beauty of the structure.

With ProtectGuard Color, architects can play with several finishes and obtain a unique and infinitely
customisable project.
