High-performance water protection for all porous building materials.
ImperGuard^® Premium is a high-performance water-repellent designed to protect porous walls, facades and roofs against damp. ImperGuard^® Premium penetrates deep into the pores of materials to make them impermeable and therefore limit the negative effects caused by damp, water ingress, acid rain, erosion, icing/melting cycles, formation of moss and lichens, the appearance of efflorescence or saltpeter, etc.

ImperGuard^® Premium is a non-film forming impregnation product, the material remains permeable to air and water vapour. Completely colourless after application, it does not change the appearance or the nature of the treated material (no risk of bleaching). It is also fully resistant to UV rays and does not yellow over time.

HOW TO USE

Preparing the material:

Apply the product to a clean, dust-free, grease-free and dry surface.
To remove grease stains and traces of pollution use Guard Wash^® or Guard Wash^®Express.
Rinse carefully until the surface is free of any trace of cleaner.

Application:

Use the product in its pure form: do not dilute it.
Shake the packaging well before use and perform a preliminary test to check that the product has correctly penetrated and the appearance after drying.
The material must be impregnated up to saturation in a single coat or two coats “wet on wet” depending on the porosity.
Always apply from bottom to top.
Do not overload the material, remove any excess before drying. Risk of white marks.
Protected drying: 24 hours.
Optimum efficiency reached after 7 days.
